Moong Sprouts Idli & Chutney

Preparation for Moong Sprouts Idli
1 Cup whole Moong, washed, soaked overnight, next day take out a Sprouts.
1 cup Rice soaked overnight
1 spoon salt
4 green chillies, 1″ Ginger & 4 pods Garlic
Put all the ingredients in a mixer & made a thick smooth batter with little water, take out & whisk, put 1 spoon fruit salt ,whisk again . Batter is ready to make idlis.
Recipe
Put the batter in Idli moulds & steam for 15 mins & take out once a steam stops, ready to serve & eat.
𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲
Preparations & ingredients
1/2 grated coconut
1 spoon Salt & sugar
2 spoon roasted gram / Dala
1 spoon Jeera
1″ Tamrind / 1/2 lemon juice/ 1 Tablespoon Curd
4 green chillies
Seasoning
Put it in a mixer, add 1/2 cup water
Coarse Ground it. Make Tadka of 1 spoon oil, 1 pinch of Asafoetida/Hing, 1/2 spoon Udad dal, 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds / 6/8 curry leaves.
Recipe
Put it on the coconut chutney & mix well. Garnish with Coriander & serve
Green Chutney
Preparations & ingredients
1 Vati Coriander chopped
1/2 Vati Pudhina/ Mint leaves
1 ” Ginger chopped
1 small spoon salt
1 spoon sugar
1 spoon Jeera
1 spoon Dale/ Roasted gram or roasted chana
1/2 lemon juice
Recipe
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer & 1/4 Vati water, grind it till it becomes coarsely or smooth as per your taste.
