Sabudana Khicadi

Preparation for Sabudana Khicadi

1 Cup Sabudana, washed 3 times & take out the water, soak overnight. It becomes double the quantity.
1/ 2 Cup Coriander chopped
1/2 Cup Grated coconut
1 Boiled Large Potato cubed
1 spoon salt
1 spoon sugar
4 Roasted Groundnuts powder/ Danyache kut

Seasoning
2 Spoons Clarified Butter/ Pure Ghee/ Tup
1 spoon Cumin seeds / Jeera
5 Green chillies chopped

Recipe
Take a pan, heat it on the gas stove, Put ghee, let it melt. Put Cumin seeds / Jeera, green chillies, let it splutter, add potatoes & fry it, then add sabudana, sugar, salt & groundnuts powder, stir it for 2/3 mins, cover it with lid for 5 mins on slow gas. ready to serve, Garnish with coconut & Coriander & ready to eat.
