Misal Pav

Preparation for Misal Pav

1 Cup mix Sprouts wash & soak it overnight, next day take out a Sprouts, boil it in pressure cooker take out 4 whistles
2 Boiled Potatoes chopped

Recipe with Seasoning

2 spoon oil
1 spoon each Salt & sugar
1 spoon each Ginger Garlic paste
1 Tablespoons Dedicated coconut
1/2 spoon Haldi
1 spoon Red Chilli powder
1 spoon Garam Masala

Take a pan, add oil, make the seasoning, add Sprouts & potatoes, add 3 cups water, boil it for 10 mins, ready to serve

Chopped Onion, coriander & Lemon Veggies for topping

Preparation for Cutt or Tari / Red hot gravy

2 Tablespoons oil
1 pinch Asafoetida
4 spoon Red Chilli powder
1 spoon Ginger Galic paste each
1 spoon salt
1 spoon roasted Besan

Recipe

Take a pot make it hot, put oil add all the ingredients one by one, add 6 cup water & boil for 20mins.

Please note – while serving take a plate & Bowl, Misal, Add Cutt then add all the toppings & eat with paav, Serve hot.
