Pav Bhaji

Preparation for Bhaji

4 Potatoes boiled, peeled & mashed
1 Cup green peas Boiled & mashed
1 Capsicum chopped
2 Onions chopped
5 Tomatoes chopped
1 Carrot chopped
(All the vegetables chopped, boiled & mashed )
4 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
1& 1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 spoon Red Chilli powder
1 spoon each Ginger & Garlic paste
1 teaspoon oil
1 Tablespoon Amul Butter
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 lemon veggies
1 Chopped onion & 1/2 cup Coriander chopped to Garnish

Recipe
Take a large pan
Add oil & make it hot
Put Ginger Garlic paste
Red Chilli powder
Add onion & Tomato, fry for 5 mins
Add all others cooked vegetables & salt
Add Pav Bhaji Masala
3 Cups Water
Cook it on a slow flame for 15 mins & add Amul Butter & stir it. Ready to serve with onions, coriander & lemon.

Pav – Available in Supermarkets
Take a griddle/ Tawa add a spoon Butter and saute till golden brown.
Serve with bhaji & enjoy eating.
