Ingredients
- 1 large cup all-purpose floor/ Maida
- 1 large cup sugar grounded/ Pithi Sakhar
- 4 whole eggs / for Vegetarian take 4 ripe Bananas & 1 Cup Buttermilk/Taak/Chass
- 225 Grams Amul butter
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 tea spoon Vanilla essence
Recipe
Melt butter to the room temperature, add 1 egg fold it with spatula/Ulatna (Silicone is preferred)
Add all-purpose flour & 1 more egg, keep folding the mixture, like this put all the Maida & 3rd & 4th egg , keep folding (halkya hatani dhavalne), the mixture will become like a thik batter, thicker than the bhajji batter/pith. Rest it for 5minutes.
For Baking
Preheat the oven on 150 c degrees for 10min


Put the batter 1 spoon each in cupcake tray & lift it and keep it on the kitchen platform, so the batter will spread equally.
Remaining batter pour it in tea cake tray, make it even, the same way said above.
Both the tray you put one by one with the help of hand gloves, be careful the oven must be very hot, no mistakes.
Close a over door & on 180 c degrees keep it for 15 mins, now Cupcakes will be turn off well done, take them out with hand gloves. For Cake, Keep the others tray for 10 mins more, once it done you can check with a toothpick, it should come out clear, that means it done. Take it out.


Do serve with Hot Tea or coffee & eat it & be happy.
