Aloo Paratha

Aloo Paratha is well known dish originating from the Indian Sub-continent.

Preparation & Ingredients

For Cover

2 Cup whole wheat flour

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Oil for Dough

1 Cup water

1/4 Cup oil for Roasting Paratha’s

Take a bowl, add the above ingredients & make a dough like Chapati. Make small balls & Keep it aside.

For Stuffing

2 Cup Boiled Potato, grated ( take 4 Potatoes of medium size)

5 Coarsely ground Green chillies

1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Ginger

1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Garlic

1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Power

1 Teaspoon Jeera

1 Teaspoon salt

A pinch of Asafoetida

1 Tablespoon chopped Coriander

Take a bowl, add all the above ingredients & fold it gently. Keep it aside

Recipe – Take a dough ball, roll it for 3″ & put potatoes mixture, close it . Roll it for 6 to 8″ .

Take a griddle, make it hot, put Paratha, roast it to both the sides with few drops of oil, take out in a serving plate, eat with Curd, Tomato Ketchup or Chutney, enjoy 😄😄
