Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 Cup boiling mashes Pumpkin, de seeded & de skinned
- 1 Cup Wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup Besan
- 1/2 Cup Rawa
- 1 Tablespoon Hot oil / Mohan
- 1/4 Spoon Salt
- 2 Cups Grated Jaggery
- 1 Teaspoon Cardemom power
- 1/4 spoon saffron
- 1 Teaspoon Pure Ghee
- Oil for frying
Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot, add ghee,melt it, add Pumpkin & saute, add Jaggery & saute, add all the ingredients. Once the Jaggery melts, switch off the Gas, take it on a large plate, add all the above ingredients, make a dough like Chapati.
Make small balls lemon size & roll a Poori’s.
Take a Kadai, put oil for frying, once hot fry one by one till golden brown, enjoy.
