Cauliflower Paratha

For Cover

  • 2 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil for kneading
  • 1 Cup water

Take a bowl, add the above ingredients & make a dough like Chapati. Make small balls & Keep it aside.

For Stuffing

  • 2 Cup washed & grated Cauliflower
  • 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Garlic
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Coriander
  • 1/4 Cup Oil for roasting (as needed)

Take a bowl, add all the above ingredients & fold it gently. Keep it aside.
Recipe – Take a dough ball, roll it for 3″ & put Cauliflower mixture, close it. Roll it for 6 to 8″.
Take a griddle, make it hot, put Paratha, roast it to both the sides with few drops of oil, take out in a serving plate, eat with Curd, Tomato Ketchup or Chutney, enjoy 😄😄
