Paratha Cover
- 2 Cup wheat flour
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon Carom seeds/Ajwain/Ova
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds/Jeera
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- Mix all the ingredients & add water, make a soft dough. Make 8 Balls.
Stuffing
Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes Decreed
- 2 Cups chopped coriander
- 3 Coarsely ground Green Chillies
- 2 Teaspoons Ginger & Garlic coarsely ground
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon Chilliflex
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- Mix all in above ingredients in one bowl
Recipe
Take one Ball make it flat round for 4 ” add the cheese filling, fold it & make it flat like a tiki. Roll it again for 7 to 8″ & put the Paratha on the hot griddle/ Tawa.
Roast it to golden brown & apply Butter or Ghee, ready to serve & eat.
