Cheese Tomato Paratha

Paratha Cover

  • 2 Cup wheat flour
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Carom seeds/Ajwain/Ova
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds/Jeera
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • Mix all the ingredients & add water, make a soft dough. Make 8 Balls.

Stuffing

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes Decreed
  • 2 Cups chopped coriander
  • 3 Coarsely ground Green Chillies
  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger & Garlic coarsely ground
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilliflex
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • Mix all in above ingredients in one bowl

Recipe
Take one Ball make it flat round for 4 ” add the cheese filling, fold it & make it flat like a tiki. Roll it again for 7 to 8″ & put the Paratha on the hot griddle/ Tawa.
Roast it to golden brown & apply Butter or Ghee, ready to serve & eat.
