Made color dough & make a flat breads
Today made a colourful Poori’ & Roti’s by using natural colours, guess what, Vegetable 😄😄
- 1/2 Cup Beetroot pulp
- 1/2 Cup Carrot pulp
- 1/2 Cup Spinach pulp
Take in a separate bowl, add 1 cup Wheat flour, 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon, 1/2 Teaspoon Carom seeds ( Ajwain), Roasted Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon, 2 Teaspoon Oil, in each one, make dough.

Make Chapati’s & roast it on the griddle.
Make Poori’s & fry in the oil in the Kadhai.
