Jeera Ajwain Paratha
  • 2 Cup wheat flour
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Carom seeds/Ajwain/Ova
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds/Jeera
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • Mix all the ingredients & add water ,make a soft dough. Make 8 Balls.

Recipe
Make flat parathas of 7 to 8″, roll it.
Take a griddle/Tara, make it hot, put parata, roast it till golden brown to both the sides, add butter, serve hot.
