- 2 Cup wheat flour
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon Carom seeds/Ajwain/Ova
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds/Jeera
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- Mix all the ingredients & add water ,make a soft dough. Make 8 Balls.
Recipe
Make flat parathas of 7 to 8″, roll it.
Take a griddle/Tara, make it hot, put parata, roast it till golden brown to both the sides, add butter, serve hot.
