Paneer Paratha

Preparation & Ingredients

For Cover

  • 2 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin seeds
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup oil for Kneeding & roasting Paratha’s

Take a bowl, add the above ingredients & make a dough like Chapati. Make small balls & Keep it aside.

For Stuffing

  • 250 gms of grated paneer
  • 4 finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Coriander

Take a bowl, add all the above ingredients & fold it gently. Keep it aside.

Recipe – Take a dough ball, roll it for 3″ & put the mixture, close it. Roll it for 6 to 8″.
Take a griddle, make it hot, put Paratha, roast it to both the sides with few drops of Ghee or oil, take out in a serving plate, eat with Curd, Tomato Ketchup or Chutney, enjoy 😄😄
