Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 Cup Wheat flour
- 1/4 Cup Rawa
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Tablespoon Hot oil/ Mohan
- Oil for frying
Recipe
Take one bowl, Mix all the ingredients, add water & Make tight Dough.
Rest it for 15 mins. Make small ball, roll them.
Take a pan or Kadhai, add oil for frying one it hot check it with small piece, it should pop out nicely. Put the Poori’s one by one.
Fry Poori’s to golden brown. Serve hot & eat
