Preparation for Paratha Cover
2 Cup Atta / Wheat flour
1 spoon Ajwain/Ova/Carom seeds
1/2 spoon salt
1 Tablespoons oil
1 Cup water
Mix well & knead it & make it Ball’s 8

Preparation for Sattu filling
1 & 1/2 Cup Sattu atta/roasted gram flour ( you can get in supermarkets)
1 Red chilli pickle Bihari ( you can get in a supermarket )
1 chopped onions
1/2 Cup Coriander
1 spoon salt
1/2 spoon lemon juice
1 spoon each Chopped Ginger & Garlic
4 chopped green chillies
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl & keep it

Recipe
Take a Tawa, make it hot. Take atta ball, roll it 3 ” add sattu stunning fold it & close it, make it a flat ball, roll it 7″ to 8″ & put on the tawa, put oil & roast it.
Ready to serve.
Tomato & Cucumber Raita
Preparations & ingredients
1 Cup Curd / Dahi
1 Tomato chopped
1 Cucumber/ Kakdi chopped
1/ 4 Cup Coriander/ Kothimbir chopped
3 Green Chillies chopped
1 small spoon salt
1 spoon Sugar
1 Jeera powder roasted & coarsely ground/ Jeere bhajun bharda
Recipe
Whisk the curd and make it smooth in one bowl, add all the ingredients one by one, fold it nicely. Garnish with Coriander & ready to serve & eat, Enjoy
