- 1 Cup Coriander chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mint leaves/Pudhina
- 1 ” Ginger chopped
- 1 small spoon salt
- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 spoon Cumin/Jeera
- 1 spoon Dale/ Roasted gram or roasted chana
- 1/2 lemon juice

Put all the above ingredients in a mixer & 1/4 cup water, grind it till it becomes coarsely or smooth as per your taste.
