Lasun Chutney/Garlic Chutney

Preparations & Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry grated coconut
  • 5/6 pods of Garlic
  • 2 spoons Red Chilli powder
  • 1 spoon coarsely ground dry Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 spoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons khari boondi

Recipe

Take a pan, make it hot, add grated dry coconut, roast it till golden brown, take it out, add all the above ingredients, mix it well & put it in a mixer, ground it coarsely to keep it dry, take it out & spread it in plate. Once it’s dried fill it in bottles, this will last for a week maximum.
