Roasted Peanut chutney

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 to 3 Garlic pods
  • 4 Red Chillies
  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera
  • 2 Teaspoon whole Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Tamarind
  • 2 Teaspoon oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Udad dal
  • 5 to 6 Curry leaves
  • A pinch of Asafoetida

Recipe

Take a pan, roast all the above ingredients.
Put it in the mixer, add 1/2 Cup water. Make a thick paste.
Tadka – take oil, heat it, add Mustard seeds, Udad dal, Asafoitida, red chillies & curry leaves.

Take a bowl put that peanut pasta, add Tadka.
Mix it well, eat with Dosa, Idly, Appam, Vada. Enjoy with your family and friends.
