  • Buns 4
  • Chicken 4
  • Buttermilk 1/2 litre
  • Crushed Garic pods 4
  • 1 onions chopped
  • 4 spoons Red Chill sauce
  • Salt

Take a bowl, put all the ingredients, mix it well, marinate chicken with that Buttermilk, keep it in a refrigerator for 4 hours, take it out keep till for an hour to become normal. Take it out from the Buttermilk, give egg wash ( 2 eggs whisked )
Coated Spicy Maggi Masala on it. Rolled in corn flakes.

Recipe

Preheat the oven or Air fryer on 180c for 10mins & then put the chicken on 200c for 20mins, once it’s roasted ,take it out. Cut the bun, apply little butter, roast it on tawa, put lettuce, onions & piece of chicken, eat with chips, salad & ketchup. Enjoy
