Preparations & ingredients & Recipe

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustered paste
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 Mug Olive oil or Cooking oil

Recipe
Take a mixer, add 2 whole raw eggs, whisk it for 1 minute, add black pepper & mustard paste, whisk for 2 minutes, add oil, whisk for 4 mins, once it’s semi solid consistency, add salt & lemon juice, again whisk for 3 minutes, it’s done, take out in a serving bowl & ready to eat.
