Preparation & ingredients
- 2 Cup Gram flour/ Besan
- 3 Tablespoon Clarified Butter/ Pure Ghee
- 1 Cup Sugar powder
- 1 Teaspoon Elaichi powder
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
Take a pan heat it, add 2 tablespoon ghee, put besan & saute very fast for 5 mins on high flame & the medium flame 5 minutes.
Once it’s turned golden brown, take it out on a in a plate then add, cardamom & sugar powder & saute very well. Take out in a large plate. Make it warm. Make 1 & 1/2 ” Ladoos, enjoy eating.
