Ingredients & Preparation
- 1 kg carrots, washed, peeled & Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Ghee, Clarified butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups Milk
- pinch of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cardemom powder
Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot, add Pure ghee once it melts add grated carrots, saute for 5 mins on the slow flame, cover it with lid, add milk & other ingredients one by one, saute for 2 mins, cook for 15 mins on slow medium, keep saute once in 2 to 3 mins, else it will burn, cook till it gets dry, garnish with dry fruits (Raisins, Almonds & Pistachio chopped) serve hot, enjoy with your family.
