Gulab Jamun: Preparation & Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk powder
- 1/2 Cup All purpose floor
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 Tablespoon Pure Ghee
Mix it well, add 1/4 Cup Milk & mix it well, add 1 Tablespoon milk & make a dough. Rest it for 10 mins, put damp cloth.
Recipe For Chasni | Sweet Syrup
Take a pan, add 2 Cup Sugar, 2 Cup water, make it hot, add 1 Teaspoon of Cardamom powder, 1/4 Teaspoon Saffron, boil it till 1 sting pack is ready. Add 1 Teaspoon of rose water & 4 to 5 drops of lemon. Keep it aside.
From the milk powder dough, take a little ghee on hands & rub it, kneed it once & make 15 small balls.
Recipe For Jamuns | Balls
Take a pan, put oil, make it hot, put 5 Balls & fry on a medium flame till golden brown, take out on a paper towel. Put it in a sweet syrup. Keep soaking it for 2 hours. Serve & enjoy eating 😋 😋
Tip
You can add dry fruit powder if you like to garnish it.
