Preparations & ingredients for 4
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- 10 Almonds Overnight soaked
- 2 Bananas chopped
- 10 strawberries chopped
- 1 cup yogurt
- 500 Litre cold milk
Recipe
Take a mixer , put oats, almonds, Strawberries, Bananas, Yogurt & Milk , ground it till it becomes smooth thick liquid.
One done take it out & pour it in a tall glass & sip it happily.
