Kairi Panha/ Raw Green Mango Panha

Now the weather is heating up, need some cool refreshing fresh drink to slurp😋😋

So we are preparing Kairi Panha/Raw Green Mango Panha.

Recipe:

4 Raw Green Mangoes, take out 4 whistles in a pressure cooker, take it out cool it.
Take out a skin & seed, take out a pulp.

  • 2 Cups Pulp
  • 1 & 1/2 Cups Jaggery (powder)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 spoons salt
  • 1/2 spoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 spoon Saffron

Take a pot, Put Mango pulp,
Add Jaggery, sugar & salt. Mix it well.
Add Cardamom powder & saffron, fold it gently, once it’s completely cool, put in a glass canister & store it in a refrigerator, it lasts for couple of weeks.

Whenever you want to drink it follow below steps:

  • Take a glass
  • Add 2 Tablespoon Mixture & 3/4 glass of water
  • Mix it well
  • Put few ice cubes & ready to slurp 😋😋😋
