Preparation & Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All purpose flour
  • 1 Cup Semolina/Rawa
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil hot
  • 1/4 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Cup water

Mix all the above ingredients in a large plate or bowl, put water, kneed it, make a soft Chapati dough.

Make 15 Balls of equal size, roll it like poori, put 1 Tablespoons puran stuffing, fold it half, cut with a Karanji cutter, fry it in a oil till golden brown, eat.
