Rawa Besan & Atta Ladoo | Semolina Gram flour & wheat Ladoo

Preparation & ingredients

  • 2 Cup Rawa
  • 2 Cup Gram flour/ Besan
  • 1 Cup Wheat flour
  • 5 Tablespoon Clarified Butter/ Pure Ghee
  • 3 & 1/2 Cup Sugar powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Elaichi powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe
Take a pan heat it, add 2 Tablespoon Ghee, put Besan & saute very fast for 5 mins on high flame & the medium flame 5 minutes.
Once it’s turned golden brown, take it out on a plate, same process you do for Rawa & Wheat flour as well. Once both are roasted, mix it together on the slow flame & saute it, add cardamom & sugar powder & saute very well. Take out in a large plate. Make it warm. Make 1 & 1/2 ” Ladoos, enjoy eating.
