Rice Kheer

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup rice – washed, soaked for an hour in water & drain it before making Kheer
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Dry fruits powder (Badam, Pista, Kesar, Cashew, Elaichi, Jaifal)
  • 1 Tablespoons Pure Ghee

Recipe:
Take a pan, add ghee, make it hot, add rice, saute for 5 min, it becomes transparent, add 1 cup water, add 1 liter Milk, Add Sugar, make it boil on a slow gas till the rice is cooked, add dry fruit powder, serve hot or cold as per your taste enjoy eating.
