Sadabahar Mango Jam Rosy Dessert

6 Mangoes cubed

2 Glass of Milk

1/2 cup fresh cream

Put it in a mixer, add 4 Mangoes, 1/2 Cup fresh cream & milk. Make it a thick soft texture.

2 Mangoes peeled & cubed, keep it in a refrigerator.

Gulab Jam

  • 1 Cup Milk powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Room Temperature Milk

Kneed it well & make a dough-like soft Chapati dough. Make 8 to 10 small balls & keep it aside.

Take a pan, add oil, make it hot, put 3/4 Balls, fry till golden brown, take it out. Approximately 8 to 10 Balls will be ready.

Make it cold ( Room temperature)

Take a serving bowl, add Mango smoothie, put 6 to 8 Gulab Jamun’s & garnish with Rose petals & Mango Cubes to decorate, refrigerate it for an hour & serve cold.

Tip: You can get Gulab Jamun’s from the Supermarket or sweets shop as well.
