- 1 Cup Sevai
- 1/2 litre Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Dry fruits powder (Badam/Almond, Pista, Kesar/Saffron, Kaju/Cashew, Elaichi/Cardamom, Jaifal/nutmeg)
- 1 Tablespoons Pure Ghee
- Saffron sticks
- 10 to 12 Raisins
Recipe
Take a pan, add ghee, make it hot, add sevai & roast it till golden brown, add 1 cup water, add 1/2 liter Milk, Add Sugar, make it boil on a slow gas till the sevai is cooked, add dry fruit powder & Saffron, add Raisins & give a nice boil. Serve hot or cold as per your taste enjoy eating.
