- 8 Cups curd – for making Overnight hung curd / chakka
- 4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Pinch Saffron & 2 tablespoons hot Milk, mix it & use it after 5 min to get good texture, colour, taste & fragrance for Shrikhand
- 1 Spoon Cardamom (velchi)
- 1 Spoon Nutmeg powder (jaiphal)
Recipe
Take a large Bowl, Mix all the ingredients one by one & fold it gently. Keep it in a refrigerator for 2 hrs to get perfectly done. Ready to serve & eat.
