Preparation & Ingredients

  • 1 Litre Full cream Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Peeled Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Pistachio
  • 2 Tablespoons Cashews
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Charoli/Chironji
  • 4/5 Elaichi/Cardemom
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Saffron
  • 5 Black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry Rose petals
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • Optional: You can add KhusKhus/Poppy seeds.

Recipe
Take a pot, add a milk, heat it & boil it on the slow flame.
Take a mixer add all the dry fruit & add 1 Tablespoon milk, grind it till smooth mixture. Keep it aside. Take a mixer & add all the above masala’s grind it till powder. Add the paste, Masala, Sugar, Charoli, Saffron & boil it till little thicker. Take it out, put it in a serving glass, cool it in a refrigerator & enjoy slurping with Family & Friends
