Preparation & Ingredients
- 1 Litre Full cream Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Peeled Almonds
- 2 Tablespoons Pistachio
- 2 Tablespoons Cashews
- 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Charoli/Chironji
- 4/5 Elaichi/Cardemom
- 1/2 Teaspoon Saffron
- 5 Black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Dry Rose petals
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- Optional: You can add KhusKhus/Poppy seeds.
Recipe
Take a pot, add a milk, heat it & boil it on the slow flame.
Take a mixer add all the dry fruit & add 1 Tablespoon milk, grind it till smooth mixture. Keep it aside. Take a mixer & add all the above masala’s grind it till powder. Add the paste, Masala, Sugar, Charoli, Saffron & boil it till little thicker. Take it out, put it in a serving glass, cool it in a refrigerator & enjoy slurping with Family & Friends
