Tilgul Ladoo
  • 1 Cup Til/Sesame
  • 1/2 Cup Peanuts
  • 1 Tablespoon Dale /Roasted Gram
  • 1 Cup Grated Jaggery
  • 1 Tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
  • A pinch of Saffron

Recipe:
Take a pan roast Til, Peanuts, Desiccated Coconut & Roasted gram separately for 6 to 8 mins on slow flame. Take out in a plate.
Coarsely Grind Til, Peanuts, Dale. Take out in a plate.
In the same pan, put Ghee & heat it, once it melts, add Jaggery and melt it. Once it boils, switch off the gas stove. Add all the above ingredients. Mix it well. Make small Ladoos & ready to eat. Enjoy with your family & friends
