- 2 Chopped Potatoes, add water & boil it in a pot for
- 5 mins on medium flame.
- 2 Onions & 2 Tomatoes, 1″ Ginger 4 pods Garlic, mix all & make a paste in a mixer.
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Curd, whisked
- 1 Teaspoon Salt & Sugar each
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds/Jeera, Amchur powder, Coriander powder
- 1 pinch of Asafoetida/ Hing
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder/Haldi
- 1 Teaspoon Dry Fenugreek leaves/Kasuri Methi
Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot, add oil, Cumin, Asafoetida, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, saute for 1 minute, add Onions tomato paste, boil it for 5 mins. Add boiled potatoes, salt, sugar, Curd, dry mango powder, Kasuri Methi & keep it on a slow Gas with lid for 5 min, add frozen green peas & cook for 2mins. Ready to serve.
