Preparations & ingredients
- 1 Vati Chana dal, washed & soaked overnight
- 2 Green Raw Mangoes grated
- 1/2 Vati chopped Coriander
- 5 Green chillies coarsely ground
- 1 spoon salt & sugar each
Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoons oil
- 1 spoon Mustard seeds
- 1 spoon Jeera
- 2 pinch of Asafoitida
- 1/2 spoon Haldi/Turmeric
Recipe
Take a Bowl, Add chana dal & raw mangos, add season, salt, sugar & coriander, fold it gently & serve cold.
