Preparations & ingredients

  • 1 Vati Chana dal, washed & soaked overnight
  • 2 Green Raw Mangoes grated
  • 1/2 Vati chopped Coriander
  • 5 Green chillies coarsely ground
  • 1 spoon salt & sugar each

Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoons oil
  • 1 spoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 spoon Jeera
  • 2 pinch of Asafoitida
  • 1/2 spoon Haldi/Turmeric

Recipe
Take a Bowl, Add chana dal & raw mangos, add season, salt, sugar & coriander, fold it gently & serve cold.
