Preparations & Ingredients
- 1 cup Kabuli chana
Overnight soaked Kabuli chane / chole
Boil in cooker, with 1 Sachets of Black Tea, take out 8 whistles till become tender - 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Badi Elaichi
- 2 Choti Elaichi
- 4/5 Black pepper Karnels
- 1″ Cinnamon stick
- 3 / 4 Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Jeera
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander seeds crushed
- 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 2 Teaspoons Chole masala
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Galic paste
- 1 spoon Black salt
Coriander to garnish - 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 1/2 lemon juice
Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot on gas stove, put oil & add all the spices, put Ginger Galic paste Tomato & onions, cook it for 5mins add Kabuli chane add 1 glass water & cook for 20mins & garnish it with coriander.
