Amritsari Black Chole with Onion & Garlic

Preparations & Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kabuli chana
    Overnight soaked Kabuli chane / chole
    Boil in cooker, with 1 Sachets of Black Tea, take out 8 whistles till become tender
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Badi Elaichi
  • 2 Choti Elaichi
  • 4/5 Black pepper Karnels
  • 1″ Cinnamon stick
  • 3 / 4 Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander seeds crushed
  • 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Chole masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Galic paste
  • 1 spoon Black salt
    Coriander to garnish
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 lemon juice

Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot on gas stove, put oil & add all the spices, put Ginger Galic paste Tomato & onions, cook it for 5mins add Kabuli chane add 1 glass water & cook for 20mins & garnish it with coriander.
Ready to serve & eat, Enjoy with your family & friends
