Ash Gourd in Curds Vegetable
  • 2 Cup Ash Gourd, washed, peeled & cubed
  • Boil it in a pressure cooker 2 whistles
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar

For Tampering

  • 1 Teaspoon oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Udad Dal / Split black gram
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds / Rai / Mohori
  • 1 pinch of Asafoetida / Hing
  • 3 green Chillies chopped
  • 6 Curry leaves / Kachin

Recipe
Make a Tampering in a small Kadhai.
Take boiled Ash gourd in a bowl , pour a Tampering on that, add salt & sugar, add curd, fold it gently, garnish with chopped coriander & ready to serve.
