- 2 Cup Ash Gourd, washed, peeled & cubed
- Boil it in a pressure cooker 2 whistles
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
For Tampering
- 1 Teaspoon oil
- 1 Teaspoon Udad Dal / Split black gram
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds / Rai / Mohori
- 1 pinch of Asafoetida / Hing
- 3 green Chillies chopped
- 6 Curry leaves / Kachin

Make a Tampering in a small Kadhai.
Take boiled Ash gourd in a bowl , pour a Tampering on that, add salt & sugar, add curd, fold it gently, garnish with chopped coriander & ready to serve.
