Batata Bhaji

Preparations & ingredients

  • 4 Boiled Potatoes, peel & cut into the cubes
  • 1 spoon Chopped Ginger
  • 6 chopped greens chillies
  • 1/4 cup chopped Coriander
  • Seasoning: 1 Tablespoon Oil, 1 Teaspoon Mustard & Cumin seeds, 1 pinch of Asafoitida, 1/2 Turmeric powder, 8 Curry leaves, 1 spoon Black gram/Udad, 1 spoon salt & sugar each, 2 Tablespoons oil

Recipe

Take a pan, heat in on the gas stove, put oil & make a seasoning
Add ginger, potatoes, sugar, salt & stir fry, make a gas on slow flame & cook it for 5 min, garnish it with Coriander, ready to serve and eat
