Preparations & Ingredients
- 1 cup Kabuli chana
Overnight soaked Kabuli chane / chole
Boil in cooker, take out 8 whistles till become tender - 1 spoon Oil
- 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
- 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
- 2 spoon Chole masala
- 1 spoon Ginger Galic paste
- 1 spoon Black salt
- Coriander to garnish
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 1/2 lemon juice
Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot on gas stove, put oil & add all the spices, put Ginger Galic paste Tomato & onions, cook it for 5mins add Kabuli chane add 1 glass water cook for 20mins & garnish it with coriander.
Ready to serve & eat
