CKP style Egg Masala/ Andyacha Kalwan
  • 6 boiled Eggs
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 Onions & 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Kashimiri Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot, add oil, add onions & fry till golden brown, add tomatoes saute for 2 mins, add Coconut milk, take one boil, add Turmeric, red chilli, salt, garam masala, Ginger garlic paste, saute, add 1 cup water, boil for 10 minutes, add boiled eggs, garnish with coriander, serve hot.
