- 6 boiled Eggs
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Onions & 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Kashimiri Red Chilli powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot, add oil, add onions & fry till golden brown, add tomatoes saute for 2 mins, add Coconut milk, take one boil, add Turmeric, red chilli, salt, garam masala, Ginger garlic paste, saute, add 1 cup water, boil for 10 minutes, add boiled eggs, garnish with coriander, serve hot.
