Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 cup Jad pohe, washed & soak in water for 2 mins & drained.
- 2 Cup Curd whisked
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 4 Green chillies chopped
- 2 Tablespoons chopped Coriander
Recipe
Take a bowl, add poha, curd, & all the above ingredients, fold it gently. Serve cold, enjoy eating 😋
