- 500 gms Baby Potatoes, washed, peeled, shallow fried
- 2 Tomatoes & 2 Onions Pure
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 Teaspoon Fennel seeds powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Tablespoon Khada Masala ( 1 Bay leaf, 4 black pepper kernels, 4 cloves, 2 Big Cardamom, 2″ Cinnamon stick)
- 2 Tablespoon Curd whisked
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger powder
Recipe
Take a pan, put oil, make it hot & deep fry all the potatoes till golden brown.
Take it out, in the same oil put all the Masala’s one by one, roast it, put curd, saute it for 5 mins. Put fried potatoes & a cup of water, put a lid, cook for 15 minutes on the slow flame, add fresh cream & garnish with coriander. Serve hot & eat.
