- 2 cup chopped Tondli (chop Tondli in lengthwise long)
- 2 Tablespoons Grated coconut/ola Naral
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander/Kothimbir
- 1 spoon salt /Mith
- 1 spoon Sugar/Sakhar
- 1 spoon Ginger Galic paste/Ala lasun thecha
- 1/2 Lemon juice
For seasoning
- 2 spoon oil
- 1 spoon Mustard seeds Mohori
- 1 spoon Cumin seeds/Jeera
- 2 pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
- 4/5 Curry leaves/Kadhipatta
Recipe
Take Tondli in Pan add water till it covers and put it on the gas stove, Boil it till it becomes semi-cooked. Once semi-cooked, strain it, keep aside till it cools and drys.
