Ivy gourd Vegetable/Tindli/ Tondli Bhaji
  • 2 cup chopped Tondli (chop Tondli in lengthwise long)
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated coconut/ola Naral
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander/Kothimbir
  • 1 spoon salt /Mith
  • 1 spoon Sugar/Sakhar
  • 1 spoon Ginger Galic paste/Ala lasun thecha
  • 1/2 Lemon juice

For seasoning

  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1 spoon Mustard seeds Mohori
  • 1 spoon Cumin seeds/Jeera
  • 2 pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
  • 4/5 Curry leaves/Kadhipatta

Recipe
Take Tondli in Pan add water till it covers and put it on the gas stove, Boil it till it becomes semi-cooked. Once semi-cooked, strain it, keep aside till it cools and drys.
