Preparation & Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Coconut oil
- 1/2 Cup Green peas frozen
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/2 Cup Cauliflower florets
- 1/2 Cup Beans
- 1 Carrot cubed
- 1 Potato cubed
- 15 Curry leaves
- 3 Cups of Coconut milk Thik one
- 4 Cardemoms
- 2 inches Cinnamon
- 4 Cloves
- 3 to 4 Green chillies split lengthwise
- 1 inches Ginger Julienne cut
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Pinch of black pepper powder
Recipe
Take a pan or Kadhai, heat it add Coconut oil, add cloves, Cardemom, Cinnamon, green chillies, ginger & saute it, add all the above vegetables, add water & cook till half done. Add Coconut milk & salt, black pepper powder, cook till its done, garnish with Curry leaves, take in the serving bowl & eat with your family & friends with Appam, Rice or Chapati, enjoy your meal.
