- 2 Cup chopped Bhendi
- 1 /4 Cup Choice Coriander
- 2 Spoons Grated coconut
- 1 spoon salt
- 1 spoon Sugar
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 2 spoon ground nuts powder
For Seasoning
- 2 spoon oil
- 1 Spoon Mustard seeds
- 1 spoon Asafoitida/Hing
- 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
- 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
- 1 spoon Dhana Jeera powder
Recipe:
Take a pan, make it hot on the gas stove, add oil, once it hot put all the seasoning ingredients one by one, once it splitters put bhendi, stir fry for 3 mins, put all other Ingredients one by one, cook it for 10 mins on slow flames. Once it ready, garnish with Coriander & coconut & ready to eat.
