Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 Cups Paneer Cubes
- 12 Cashews
- 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 ” Ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
- 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi
- 1 Teaspoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tea Suger
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Recipe
Put Ginger, Cashews, Pumpkin seeds & Tomatoes with green chillies in the grinder & make a paste.
Keep it aside. Take a kadhai, add oil & butter, make it hot
Add paneer & Saute it for 2 till golden brown, take it out & keep it aside, means Take out in a plate. In that same Kadhai add all the Masala’s, saute it & add the ground pasted, add salt & sugar. Cook it for 10mins on the slow gas stove. Then add paneer. Cook for 5mins, when it ready to serve add Kasuri Methi, once it in the serving bowl add the fresh cream. Eat with Chapati or phulka, rice, enjoy with your family & friends
