Preparation & Ingredients
2 Cup penne pasta, pot it In a large pot, put water till it covers more water, 1 Teaspoon oil, 1 Teaspoon salt & keep it on a gas stove & make it boil or boil a water & put pasta (both the methods are ok)
It take 12 mins, drain it & immediately wash it with tap water. Make it normal temperature.
Recipe
Take a pan, add 1 Teaspoon oil, add chopped vegetables as follows:
- 1 Onions
- 2 Tomato
- 1/2 cup corn Karnels
- 1/2 Green Capsicum
Add all the above vegetables and saute for 5 mins on medium flame. Keep it aside.
Recipe to make white sauce
Take a large pot, add 1 Tea spoon oil & butter, make it hot, take a cup of room temperature milk, add 2 Tablespoons All purpose flour, mix it well, put on the butter , 1/2 Teaspoon pepper powder, 1 Teapoons Chill flex, keep stirring fast , add 2 Tablespoons Grated cheese mozzarella, 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup, stir it, 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli coarsely ground, 1 Teaspoon Oregano, 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper, add 1 Cup water & make a thick sauce.
Add the saute vegetables, fold it gently, add cooked pasta & fold it gently, serve hot or cold as per your taste with Garlic bread & Sundried Tomatoes (pickled)
