Quesadilla

For Tortilla

  • Maida 2 Cups
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 5 Tablespoons Hot oil
  • 1 Cup Hot water

For Stuffing

  • Corn Karnels 1 Cup
    Onion finely chopped
  • Green Capsicum finely chopped
  • Red Capsicum finely chopped
  • Green chillies 1 finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt, 1/4 Teasoon of pepper & mixed herbs
  • 1/4 Teaspoon

Recipe
Make a Tortilla dough by mixing all the above ingredients & keep it for resting up for 2 hours
Make 6 equal balls , roll 10″ flat bread like thin Chapati, put on the hot griddle, roast it 30sec. Each side. Keep it in the cloth & cover it to be soft.

For making Stuffing

Take a bowl, add corns, onions, Capsicum, green chillies, add all the above herbs ,mix it.
Keep it aside.
Take a griddle, coat with oil, on medium low flame put Tortilla, put grated cheese, add vegetables filling. Add salsa, more cheese. Press it & cook till its golden brown.
Take out on the plate , serve hot. With salsa, enjoy with your family & friends.
