Shahi Paneer

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 500 gms soft Paneer, washed & Cubed
  • 1/2 Cup fresh cream whisked

For Gravy

  • 5 Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar

Put all the ingredients & make a paste

Take 15 Cashews & put 2 Tablespoon Water in a mixer & make a paste

Recipe

Take a pan, put 2 Teaspoon oil & 1 Tablespoon Butter, heat it, add 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1 Bay leaf, 2 cardamoms, 2 Cloves, 1″ Cinnamon, 4 Black pepper karnels, 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, 1 Pinch Asafoetida, saute for 2 mins.

Add Tomato paste, add Cashews paste, stir it, add 1 Cup Milk & give one boil, add paneer & saute it for 2 mins. Pour fresh cream & mix it well cook for 1 mins & ready to serve 😋
