1 Cup curd, churn it well, add 3 Cups water, 2 Tablespoons Gram flour, 1 Teaspoon salt in it. Mix it well.

Take a pot, heat it, add 1 Tablespoons oil, add mustard seeds, Cumin 1/2 Teaspoon each, Pinch of Asafoetida, 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder, 8 to 10 Curry leaves, 1 Teaspoon Ginger, add buttermilk mixture, 1 Teaspoon Sugar. Boil it on a slow flame for 10 to 15 mins, ready to serve.
